This patch is tested with build 4.7.1405, Please use 4.7.1405 as base build version
 - Login to application and stop all services from services panel
 - Kill all user sessions from sessions tab
 - Take bakup of hiplink server (config directory)
 - Go to Upgrade screen and apply patch
